Challenge: Fill the frame

LOVE this challenge because it is the way I take photos anyway ;) I have been a 'fill the framer' ever since I started scrapbooking. I started with Creative Memories as a consultant and always taught people to crop out all the extra junk in a photo that detracts from the subject of said photo ;) As a result I started making sure my photos didn't have a lot of 'junk' to crop out.

Took these yesterday in a little photo shoot on the porch... LOVE how they came out. It is REALLY HARD to get a good picture of Jessi because when she knows there is a camera on her, she makes a REALLY weird smile and then gets all upset because she knows she 'can't smile' ...and it all goes downhill from there. So I read on Tara Whitneys site (I think that's where I read it), that the best pictures are taken IN BETWEEN posing shots.... she is so right!! It REALLY worked!!

Good job on the challenge! My dd used to be very self concious of her smile. When asked why she didn't smile in photos she said "cause I have a stupid smile". What?????????? Finally convinced her that it wasn't true (took a while) and look at her now!!!
